After 2 year's field testing, Poly Lag has now been proven to outlast conventional rubber lagging by a facor of 5 to 1.
Poly Lag offers all the ease of installation of conventional strip rubber lagging but because of its long life, the cost of ownership and potential O.H & S issues associated with lagging pulleys are substantially reduced.
Neither is Poly Lag subject to work hardening or ozone cracking as occurs with rubber.
CQMS Razer cautions against the use of Poly Lag on drive pulleys as the drive friction factors reduce when moisture is present.

'H' Series Cleaner Location Calculator
CQMS Razer has developed an Excel based spreadsheet program for calculating the coordinates for the location of H Series Primary Cleaners. This program replaces old paper based tables and covers all 3 configurations of this cleaner range.
The program provides a valuable tool for selecting alternative cleaner positioning where the conveyor design may interfere with correct positioning. Please be aware that macros will need to be enabled in Excel in order to run this program effectively.
